This is one of mine and Ambers recent listings. It's currently under contract but so cute I just had to share. The original home was built in 1900. The additions of bedrooms came in the 1920's or 1930's. The home originally had the family room kitchen and bathroom. No bedrooms at all and a whole family lived there! In fact one of the children raised in the home still lives within throwing distance!
